I read that NAC helps to eliminate biofilm created by H Pylori, seems like that's a possibility why I couldn't eliminate H pylori first round of antibiotics.

I'm still low stomach acid as well, I've tried using 25 Betaine HCL pills with pepsin without any discomfort in my stomach however my large intestine has gotten worse since the first antibiotic treatment. Probably due to my microbiome being nuked by antibiotics.

I'm waiting to schedule an endoscopy/colonoscopy with my GI doctor, I had to reschedule my other appointment.

My first treatment consisted of clarithromycin, metronidazole, and pantoprazole.

thanks for the update. you can perhaps include bismuth in your next treatment.

Bismuth can prevent antibiotics complication due to C. diff.
