This may sound stupid I know but I feel that meds are taking a toll on me I feel that I have pain near my kidneys and I am afraid that this heavy antibiotics would damage them somehow(I am on amox and metrondizaole)
So is taking 9 instead of 10 bad?

9 days is probably good enough. now you need to wait a month and get a follow up breath test done to see if it works.
