I will already take amoxacillin 1g twice but nexium 20 or 40 twice daily? and levofloxacin 500 once or twice?

usually levofloxacin 500mg once a day.
Nexium .. you can go 40mg once a day or 20mg twice a day.

Do check it with your doctor who prescribe you the medicine. He is after all responsible to your health, not this forum.

Which is better sequential levo based or standard levo based?
One doctor prescribed nexium amox levo for 10 days and another one prescribed nexium and amox 5 days then levo nexium and tindazole for another 5 days?
So I am confused which one is better(higher success rate)?

the success rate is about the same.

It's more about side effects. The sequential therapy, because you are only expose to more antibiotics in the last few days, your experience to the side effect is generally lower.
