Need help with triple therapy!!!!

For the triple therapy of amoxylilin, clarithromycin and omeprazole for treatment of helicobacter, how much dosage of each is required and also how many times a day should each medicine be taken?

Morning - 1 Clarithromcyin(500mg), 2 Amoxocillin (500mg), 1 Omeprazole
Night - 1 Clarithromcyin(500mg), 2 Amoxocillin (500mg), 1 Omeprazole (which is repeat of morning dose) then after completion of course 1 Omeprazole daily
That is the instructions i have to take triple therapy.

you can talk to your doctor about having double dose PPI and amoxicillin to increase cure rate.
