I am suffering from sharp stomach pain along with dizziness and anxiety. feeling week and tired without reason, loss almost 10 lbs in 15 days. My doctor suggest me H pyloris blood test and it got report with positive value of 1.3. My doctor do not give me antibiotic. He suggest risek 40mg and skipride 50mg before breakfast and gaviscon advance syrup after breakfast and meal. I take 2 doses but do not get better.

I am confuse with the 1.3 result value, is it severe or not? should I continue with these medicine?

I am not sure what's the value 1.3 meant. Every laboratory has their own threshold. You probably can get more info from the laboratory.

Nevertheless, if you have H. pylori, gaviscon will not cure it. Only antibiotic is able to get rid of H. pylori.
