there are too many cases that people becomes better after eradication of H. pylori. Normally these people will not show up in the forum seeking for answers.
antibiotic resistance has nothing to do with the recovery.
the recovery is more associated with the damage done by H. pylori. Some people may feel great immediately after treatment, some may take weeks, months or years. Hopefully you'll get well soon.
Most importantly is to make sure you are now free of H. pylori. otherwise, you're just waiting for a recovery that will never happen.

I’m facing the same thing, I’m finishing up my second treatment. How successful is a second treatment? I did miss a day of dosage of my medicine in the beginning. Will that have an effect on the curation?

missing a dose in the beginning would be fine. just make sure you finish all the tablets.
by the way, what are the antibiotics given in your first and second treatment?

Okay I will. What is the success rate for a second treatment? And can you still have symptoms such as green stool, stomach pains, etc after treatment.

the color of the stool is because of the microbiome change. It'll take sometime for the microbiome to come back. so dont worry. the cure rate of the 2nd treatment is over 80%, but that varies from country to country. Anyway, if you follow the protocol, you'll be fixed.

Yes I followed the protocol. I forgot to add I took Metronidazole in the second round. I took 1 Pantoprazole in the morning along with 2 Amoxicillin and 1 Clarithromycin and 1 Metronidazole all in the morning before work. And I took the same dosage at night. Hopefully I got it this time.
