H-Pylori Advice (Foods & Natural treatment)

Hello everyone I am new here so bear with me,

I discovered I had H-Pylori 5 months ago (blood test), I believe I’ve suffered from silent Hpylori for years but only started getting many of it’s symptoms a year ago.
Symtoms Include:
Bloating
Blocked Throat Feeling
Bad Breath (Had it for years, nothing makes it go away)
Heartburn
Reflux
White Tongue (Had it for years, thought it was normal)

Before discovering I had H-Pylori I was given medication for GERD (did not work), a few months later I tested positive for H-Pylori and was given triple therapy, I believed it helped but did not cured me from it. Right after the H-Pylori treatment I embarked on a 5 month candida diet treatment I took antifungals, probiotics, mastic gum, etc. The diet helped with bloating at times but the symptoms were pretty much still there. I went to a naturopath and followed her regimen for a month, but nothing really changed. Two weeks ago, I returned to the doctor to retest for H-Pylori and I tested positive still! My doctor decided to give me Triple Theraphy again, I didn’t really experience side effects and my symptoms are still there. I just finished the medication two days ago (I am aware that I need to be patient).

Does anyone have advice on any natural treatment (i.e. supplemenrs) I can take to perhaps help kill H-Pylori?
Since I was on a vegan candida cleanse for 5 months, I would be lying if I said I didn’t have a “cheat” meal once a week, does anyone think this is bad? I still follow a vegan diet, by cheat meal I usually mean a vegan grilled cheese sandwich or a slice of pizza and then I go back to my strict plant-based regimen?
Any advice would help! thank you everyone.

Do you know if the second treatment is the same as the first? Because you shouldn’t. The only antibiotics that can be reused is amoxicillin and bismuth.

Unfortunately there is no natural product that can kill HP.

I’m desperate! Treated 2X with antibiotics in June & August 2017. Stool test negative after 2nd treatment. Still feel like crap. Ask for another stool test in February 2018 still negative. I’m relieved but why do I still have stomach issues. Bloating, burning feeling in my stomach, pain in my stomach. I eat, I feel awful. So I don’t eat I feel awful. Have tried more omelprazole, more Align. I do ok then it’s back with a vengeance. I just read the 2015 post so I’m going to give his recommendations a try. I go see my gastrointestinal specialist this week. Not sure what she can do for me. She recommended I take GasX for bloating.
Honestly, this thing is super depressing for me. I know stress makes it worse but I can’t stop it. Does this ever go away?

I think most importantly is that you are now free of H. pylori. At least you know your situation will not get worse. You'll only get better and better everyday.

Try continue PPI to help ease the symptom. You can also try some natural remedy or probiotics.

Thank you Helico_expert for your reply,

My first treatment consisted of pantropazole, metronidazole and clarithromycin. The second treatment was ranitidine, clarithromocyn and metronidazole. Almost the same treatment! What do you think I should do in this case? Also, how long do you think I should wait to retest?

the second treatment doesnt look very good.

are you allergic to penicillin? if you are not, you should use amoxicillin base quadruple therapy.

stick to PPI during the treatment. dont use H2 blocker like Ranitidine.

you can continue Pantoprazole. perhaps should even double the standard dose.
