I just tested positive for H pylori. For a few years, I have been suffering from bloating, and constipation. The doctor tested me for H Pylori after I experienced some black stool, which tested positive for blod. Over the last few months, I have had a feeling of fullness in my throat and puffiness under my chin and around my jaw.My other symptoms include:
-fatigue
-anxiety
-overly emotional
-chills
-swollen tongue
-clogged sinuses
-hay fever symptoms
-shortness of breath (usually when in bed)
-lower back pain (usually as soon as I get out of bed)
-constipation/diarrhea/indigestion/gas/bloating
_random pains in abdomen
-large moveable mass lower right abdomen (sometimes sore to touch... and I think it changes size)

I just started a triple therapy a couple days ago (chlarithromycin, amoxicillin, pantoprazole), and I am awaiting a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.

I guess my question is, are all of these symptoms consistent with an H Pylori infection.

Also, more recently I think my skin seems to be pale and thin. My blood vessels are more prominent through my skin all over my body. Some of my veins even bulge at time, especially on my hand and feet... and my fingers swell. My hands also looked wrinkled or cracked almost, and I get reddened skin on my hands and chest and a few other areas. Has anyone experienced these symptoms?

I forgot hairloss and a rash around my mouth and chapped lips that come and go. My hair has thinned out by at least half.

Not all the symptoms are consistent.
