But i forgot to ask do i need to take omperazol? i can't find any information that i don't need to. Second thing, should i take omeprazol before meal or with pyrela after meal?? i also planned to take probiotics for example 1h after morring pylera dosage and after third meal. is it good option?:)

Hi, the Pylera doesnt come with PPI. So you'll have to take Omeprazole 20 or 40 mg capsule twice a day.

There is no guideline on how to use probiotics during treatment. So, you can take it anytime you want as long as you feel beneficial.

There is no strong evidence that show if before or after meal is better. So adjust according to your preference.
