Ever since I finish taking my antibiotics for h pylori my stool color hasn't been the same and has been a greenish color since. I am very concern as to why this is happening. I did a breath test and it came back negative after the treatment for h pylori. I also did a stool test for c-diff and parasite that came back negative. After feeling sick maybe a week ago, I went to the hospital were they check my gallbladder, kidney and liver through bloodwork and every thing came back negative. They even did a EKG and abdomen ultrasound The only thing is doctor said I was a little anemic. Now it leaves me to wonder why is my stool still green and why am I still experiencing bloating and sometimes fatigue. I'm scared that what If it cancer would they have seen something through these test that I've taken so far.

if all your test come back negative, i think that's very good news. dont worry too much. try take some probiotics to balance up your guts bacteria.
