My insurance wont kick in until April 1st. I tested positive for HP 10 months ago but i'm trying fight it without Antibiotics because of the horror stories i've heard over Clarithomycin.I will take it this time since it looks i have no choice. I'm having stomach gnawing discomfort for a few months now and bloating . No diarrhea or nausea and my appetite is strong .
If I go to the ER, im worried they're just going to send me home with a prescription for Prilosec or something just to band aid to symptom without looking into my belly more thoroughly .I just found out a friend of mine was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer- that scared the s**t out of me because he didnt look sick !!!!!!

Yea, antibiotics can bring side effects. But not everyone will experience the same side effects. as for natural therapy, unfortunately they dont kill H. pylori. They may suppress the symptoms, but the root of the problem will always be there. So, taking antibiotics to get rid of it is the best strategy.

Your doctor most likely is going to give you the triple therapy. You can ask your doctor to include the bismuth (or pepto bismol) for additional boost. After the treatment, you wait for a month and then do a follow up test to find out if your treatment works.
