Question: has there been a symptom comparison between H Pylori infection versus H Pylori with ulcer?
hmmm... people can carry H. pylori without symptom. like-wise, people can carry peptic ulcer without symptoms too.
I think in general, ulcer is a more severe form of the disease which can lead to fatal internal bleeding. long term carrying ulcer can also increase risk of gastric cancer.
