If it is a Aspirin and Coffee induced ulcer

Question: if, by some chance, this stomach ulcer(s) was resulted from excessive use of aspirin and coffee -- and NOT H Pylori -- will the healing process (time-wise, diet, symptoms etc) be the same as if it was H Pylori?

I believe that will be the case. The guideline suggests ulcer patients to take one month PPI regardless of H. pylori or NSAIDs induced.
