What foods should be avoided to prevent H Pylori ?
Can i use salt, sugar dairy products

There is food that may prevent H. pylori. High salt intake is associated with stomach cancer. Eat more vitamin C is good for you.

you can eat whatever you want. fruit such as oranges is rich in Vit C. Nevertheless, must remember to have balance diet.

Hi,
Is Manuka Honey good for patients having H Pylori. Also there are different types of Manuka Honey which one is best for remedial from H Pylori
Can you tell me foods that can kill H Pylori ?

Unfortunately, manuka honey doesnt work on H. pylori. There is actually a clinical human trial on this.

there is no food that can kill H. pylori. all the food that kill H. pylori in the laboratory, dont work in the body. for example, chili, garlic, onion, salt, etc has been shown to kill H. pylori in laboratory. However, these are food that are consumed by people everyday and they do not get rid of H. pylori. To date, only antibiotic has been proven working.

I myself also tested positive Hp. I am current on triple therapy for 2 weeks. Hopefully, the triple therapy will get rip of Hp. I found out grapes seem to help calm my stomach.

I quite agree with you, it helps for me too. Though before we consider certain food, be sure we do a little research about it, or at least we should seek an advice from an expert. Of course, we do not want to have complications.
