Also, i already tried to stop PPI, when i am on PPI i feel more reflux than epigastric pain, when i am off PPI i feel more epigastric pain and less reflux, does this make any sense?

at least you are free of HP now. any other abnormality reported in the histology?
as for the symptoms, usually the pain comes from acid burning the stomach skin. Usually PPI can reduce the acid. Perhaps you can try some Sucralfate to form a layer a protection on the stomach skin surface.

Agree, the only abnormality was "minimal inflammatory changes in antrum and fundus"(this was in september). I will ask him to prescribe some sucralfate to test it and see if it helps.
About the PPI, some doctors prescribe PPI and H2 blockers together for those who do not respond with higher doses of PPI, this could be an option for me aswell, right?

Yup. You can try H2 blockers and PPI together. But give sucralfate a try as well.
