I cant think of a reason why you cannot take it together with antibiotics. Nevertheless, I am not experienced with silybum marianum. It is best you ask your doctor about it.

Where is it that you live, if I may ask? Typically after two failures, the best way forward is to have your HP cultured for a custom antibiotic treatment your HP strain is susceptible to. Literature shows a near 100% eradication rate using this method.

Brazil, the doctor could've asked a culture, but, it seems that he was not very good, as i said he prescribed a therapy with moxifloxacin and omeprazole only. I found a better doctor, but the lab didnt keep the sample from biopsy, then he prescribed the third line therapy. I read some articles and mostly shows a cure rate of 95% or higher with quadruple therapy, lets see, today is the 3rd day

sorry, i am not familiar with silybum marianum. I did a quick search and found no interaction with antibiotics. However, most antibiotics require liver to metabolised. Perhaps you should ask your doctor. He is responsible for what is prescribed to you.

Well, today is the 7th day on antibiotics and the stomach burning and reflux are getting stronger, even a few hours after taking the PPI dose, can this reduce the effect of the antibiotics? (im taking PPI 3x a day as you reccomended)
